Mark Ste. Marie

 As President of SMI Search, Mark brings over 30 years of experience in the medical recruiting industry to the firm.

 Embarking upon his recruiting career in 1975, Mark was trained by some of the most experienced and knowledgeable industry consultants in the country. He learned his profession as an executive recruiter in Minneapolis,  and subsequently brought his expertise and ability to train new recruiters to a large firm in Denver prior to opening his own firm in 1991 in Wisconsin.      

Mark's proven ability throughout his career to work effectively in large metro markets as well as across the country has led to his success in serving a broad range of medical clients nationally.

Throughout his career Mark has been the recipient of literally every award available internally to the employees of the organizations with which he has been affiliated including "Consultant of the Year" in both of his prior firms.
